I am Walter Barnes; founder, owner and President of  B&W Janitorial Service.

B&W  Janitorial Service, a General Partnership, which consist of  two owners; Benjamin Joseph; owner and Vice  President of Operations.

Our staff consist of six employees supervised by Facilities Supervisor; Ronald Macfadden

Our goal is to provide the highest quality of service available, and to employ as many people as possible, from our Bay Area communities and neighborhoods in which we were raised in.

Our Business

 Has been in existence since 1993

Our Management team has over thirty years of experience in diversed areas of the janitorial field.

Benjamin Joseph; employed in housekeeping for the Healthcare industry for many years.

Ronald Macfadden; employed in the School Districts for many years.

Walter Barnes; did contracted janitorial services for City of Oakland Head Start Schools for ten years, also was facilities Supervisor at the Dept. of Agriculture for 12 years, also did contracted janitorial services for World Savings Bank for 5 years.
